NOTICE OF APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR THE POSITION OF INSIDE WIREMAN (ELECTRICIAN) APPRENTICE

This is a notice to establish a pool of eligibles, NOT to fulfill immediate job openings.

APPLICATIONS MAY BE PICKED UP FROM AND RETURNED TO PRECISION ON: Tuesdays only, between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m.
APPLICATIONS MAY BE PICKED UP FROM AND RETURNED TO ROGUE COMMUNITY COLLEGE in room TRC-A159 or TRC-A152: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (provide nonreturnable proof).
  2. EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED® certificate. Applicants shall furnish a copy of their high school diploma or a copy of their GED® certificate (provide nonreturnable proof).
  3. SUBJECTS: One full year of high school algebra, integrated math 2, or post-high school algebra course(s) equivalent to one year of high school algebra, with a grade of “C” or better (provide nonreturnable proof/transcript).

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure documentation is attached showing you meet each one of the minimum qualifications or you will not be eligible or contacted to schedule an interview.

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: The standards apply to the geographical area of Jackson and Josephine Counties in the state of Oregon. Applicants who meet all basic minimum qualifications will be interviewed by the JATC. Interviews are conducted every three to six months. Apprentices will be selected in order of their final ranking as jobs become available.

A short description of the events that the complainant believes were discriminatory, including but not limited to when the events took place, what occurred, and why the complainant believes the actions were discriminatory (for example, because of his/her race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age (18 or older), genetic information, or disability);
    4. The complainant’s signature or the signature of the complainant’s authorized representative. Veterans who have GI Bill® Benefits may use them in this program.
