Here are just a few ideas!

  • Early Intervention Educator (birth to three)-supporting children through parent coaching within the family’s home
  • Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (three to Kindergarten)- work as a classroom teacher or coach community teachers to support preschoolers
  • EI/ECSE Service Coordinator-work with families to assess needs and coordinate delivery of EI/ECSE services
  • ECSE Inclusion Specialist- Coaches early educators to create high-quality, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate care environments for all children
  • EI/ECSE Evaluation Specialist- coordinate developmental evaluations and assessments for children birth to five years

Average salary range for this transfer degree: $45,000-$95,000

These are general estimates and will vary depending on the prerequisites you may need to take as well as program and textbook costs. There are financial aid and scholarship options available.

How long will I be in school?

Our programs are flexible to meet the needs of students who are working, raising families, and just managing life. We have students who will take one or two classes at a time and we have other students who go full-time with 3-5 classes each term.

For the Associate degree, transfer to Bachelor's degree if you attend full time you will be in classes 6-7 terms at RCC before transferring to the University.

How are classes offered?

Classes are a combination of online, hybrid and in-person format.
