If you have made an appointment for personal counseling, you will need to complete our required New Client Forms prior to your appointment time.

Please note that the Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. when the College is open (please refer to the Academic Calendar for RCC closures).

Student Concern and Complaint

If you are having a problem with another student, a staff member, a faculty member, or in your class, please seek help from a counselor. Counselors can provide a confidential space for you to discuss your concerns, learn your options, and help you come up with a plan of action or a way to move forward.
