Registration Disclosure Agreements

Student Standards of Conduct
Students who register for classes must read and agree to the Standards of Student Conduct, the Drug Free Environment and the Alcoholic Beverages Policies.

In compliance with federal law, Rogue Community college prepares and annual report on campus safety and security programs and services Originally enacted in 1990, the federal law was amended in 1998 and renamed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crame Statistics Act.

Academic Integrity is Expected: Learning is built on the qualities of honesty, fairness, respect, and trust. At RCC academic integrity is a shared endeavor characterized by truth, personal responsibility, and high academic standards. An important aspect of academic integrity is academic honesty. Violations of academic honesty include, but are not limited to: Plagiarism, collusion, inappropriate assistance, cheating, fabrication, falsification, alteration, unauthorized multiple submission, sabotage, and tampering. Students who violate academic honesty or academic integrity will be subject to disciplinary action.

Noncredit Tuition Payment Policy
You are liable for payment of classes at the time of registration. Tuition charges will be refunded if you officially drop 72 hours prior to the class start date.

You are responsible for any charges on your account. Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation to pay. Accounts may be subject to late fees and sent to collection if not paid.

Check your student account to verify your current enrollment status, drop classes, or pay charges due.

There are no refunds allowed beyond the deadline of dropping 3 days prior to start date.

If you disagree with a charge on your account, or you have extenuating circumstances (medical emergency etc.) you may appeal the charge by completing the noncredit account appeal form. You will be notified within 30 days if your appeal is approved.
