RCC Library: The Library can assist you with books and loaner items like wifi devices, calculators and laptops.

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices. If you're already receiving SNAP or a Pell Grant, chances are good that you will qualify for an internet discount through your internet provider.
