Join Steve Roe as he facilitates this by-invitation-only event.
We will offer an optional time after the poverty simulation, from 12:30-2:00 p.m., for a group debriefing and brainstorming process on how to use what we’ve learned from the poverty simulation activities to apply to the future of RCC faculty, staff and students.

Program Outcomes:
- Participants will have a lived experience of what it's like to be in poverty.
- Develop compassion and empathy for people living in poverty.
- Increase participants' poverty competency and awareness.
- Learn about campus and community resources.
- Identify strategies that RCC can adopt to help resource insecure students.
