BiographyMrs. Misner began her career in education as a full time high school teacher and soccer coach in 1982. She taught and coached high school sports and college soccer from 1982-1991 in Southern California. In 1991 she and her husband moved to Grants Pass to raise their 2 daughters in a safe and family friendly area. She became an instructor at Rogue Community College in 1992. She taught health courses, weight training, and began the soccer programs at Rogue Community College and Grants Pass High School. In 1996 she became the coordinator of the Health, PE and Recreation Department, and in 2013 she became the department chair. She established RCC as a training center for the American Heart Association and designed the Exercise Specialist, Outdoor Adventure Leadership and articulated Health degrees as the department doubled in size. The department motto is "Making Progress Toward a More Healthy Life Style;" much of her life's work has been embodied in this motto.

Biography I have taught for RCC for 17 years in the area of Health & PE with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning Classes.
I currently am the district wellness coordinator for 3Rivers School district and oversee all Health & PE curriculum.
I also own a private training facility called Relentless Athletic Performance.
I have been a Strength & Conditioning coach at the College and High School levels for over 17 years. I enjoy all aspects of fitness, but have a specialty in Athletic Conditioning.
