Graduation Information
Applying for Graduation
- Submit a Graduation Application.
- Spring and summer term graduates - priority deadline is February 15, 2026.
Graduation Application Results
- A message will be sent to your RCC Student Email with a link to your Degree Audit Results in four-six weeks.
- Your Degree Audit will list requirements you still need to complete.
- Mark your calendar, if you do not receive your results within six weeks, contact RCC at [email protected].
Diplomas
- At the end of each term a final review will be conducted, all applicants will receive an email upon the review's completion.
- If you need to complete additional coursework, there will be an updated audit with detailed notes in Degree Audit.
- Diplomas are printed by Parchment. They will send an email to your personal email address within two weeks of the term end. Upon creating your Parchment account, an e-diploma will immediately be available to you. Your printed diploma will be shipped within one week of verifying your information with Parchment.
