Business Office

Welcome to the Business Office at RCC! We are committed to supporting the College mission by providing sound and reliable financial services through integrity in our processes, solid internal controls, and timely and accurate reporting.

Our functional areas include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting & Financial Reporting. We process payments, refunds, apply waivers and vouchers, generate bills, manage the collection process and prepare 1098-Ts. Our office is also responsible for overseeing the annual financial audit, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, preparing other mandated and analytical reporting, and offering expertise and assistance in financial systems implementations and other business initiatives for the college.
