BP 6700 Facility Use

The President shall establish procedures regarding the use of Rogue Community College property and facilities. These include property designated by Rogue Community College as suitable for use by community groups, outside contractors, and others. Use of these facilities will be approved pursuant to Administrative Procedure 6700. In addition, RCC and Southern Oregon University (SOU) have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that covers the operation and use of the Higher Education Center in Medford, OR. The MOU should be reviewed for any specific information related to Facility Use.

Public use of Rogue Community College property shall not interfere with scheduled instructional programs or other activities of Rogue Community College on behalf of students.

No group or organization may use Rogue Community College property to unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, military or veteran status, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or any basis prohibited by law. Please refer to RCC Board Policy 3410 and Administrative Procedure 3410 for additional information.
