There shall be an annual independent audit of all funds, books, and accounts of the College.  The College President shall assure that an annual independent audit is completed consistent with the requirements of Oregon Municipal Audit Law.  The College President shall recommend a certified public accountancy firm licensed as a municipal auditor in the State of Oregon to the Board of Education with which to contract for the annual audit.
