BP 5700 Intercollegiate Athletics

Rogue Community College shall maintain an organized intercollegiate athletic program for men and women. Rogue Community College will offer equitable opportunities for participation in athletics to male and female students consistent with state and federal law.

The College President shall assure that the athletics program complies with state law and the college athletic governing body regarding student athlete participation.
