  1. The Associated Student Government of Rogue Community College (ASGRCC) budget accounts, and the accounts of its recognized student organizations and campus clubs, are maintained and expended in accordance with College policies and procedures and internal processes as defined in the ASGRCC Constitution and Bylaws and documents used by the ASGRCC Executive Council in support of and execution of its operations.
  2. All expenses will be subject to prior approval as outlined in the associated Administrative Procedure 5420.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Director of Student Engagement is responsible for implementing and updating this policy. Specific guidance for policy implementation may be found in the associated Administrative Procedure(s).
