America’s AI Action Plan
The President shall ensure that administrative procedures are established to guide the ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in alignment with the College’s mission, values, and legal obligations.
AI may be used to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative effectiveness provided that such use safeguards privacy, academic integrity, and equal opportunity of access.
Administrative procedures shall include:
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other institutional policies.
- Training for faculty, staff, and students on responsible AI use.
- Ongoing evaluation of AI applications to ensure effectiveness, transparency, and accountability.
Such procedures shall be reviewed and updated regularly to reflect technological developments and evolving legal requirements.
