The use of tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems is permitted only in designated smoking areas by users 21 years of age or older. Further, Rogue Community College shall not permit a person under 21 years of age to possess tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems while the person is present on college grounds or in college buildings, or attending college -sponsored activities.
All college employees, students, visitors, and contractors are required to comply with this policy.
