The Board of Education is committed to upholding the highest standards relating to the protection of human subjects in any research activity involving Rogue Community College (RCC). In order to ensure this successful balance, the College President (or designee) will develop administrative procedures which address the protection of human subjects during any such research activity. These procedures are intended to ensure that college staff and students who may be affected by the research can be certain data collection and research practices are sound and do not violate board policies, college operating procedures, or federal regulations concerning protection of human subjects (refer to Title 34, Part 97of the Code of Federal Regulations).
