BP 2100 Board of Education Elections

The term of office of each Board of Education member shall be four (4) years, commencing on July 1 following the election. The term of a Board of Education member expires June 30 following the regular district election at which a successor is elected. Elections shall be held every 2 years, in odd numbered years. Terms of Board of Education members are staggered so that, as nearly as practical, one-half of the Board of Education members shall be elected at each Board of Education member election.
