- The Associated Student Government of Rogue Community College (ASGRCC) will participate in the annual budgeting process of the College for the allocation of funds toward their programmatic and administrative functioning during the academic year.
- The College will establish budget accounts for ASGRCC Executive Council and ASGRCC-recognized student organizations and campus clubs based on the annual l adopted budget of the College for the purpose of depositing and disbursement of funds.
- ASGRCC funds will be expended according to policies and procedures established by the College and ASGRCC Executive Council, and will be subject to the approval of:
- The ASGRCC Executive Council and/or its duly recognized representative; and
- The Director of Student Engagement or designee.
- All ASGRCC recognized student organizations and campus clubs' funds will be expended according to policies and procedures established by the College and the student organization/club, subject to the approval of:
- The leadership team of the recognized student organization or campus club;
- The advisor for the recognized student organization or campus club; and
- The Director of Student Engagement or designee.
- Any monetary donations to, or fundraising on behalf of, student organizations or campus clubs will follow the policies and procedures established by the College.
- All expenditures, as established by the College policy and procedure, shall be subject to the approval of the Dean of Student Success, Vice President of Student Learning and Success, the Vice President of Operations and Finance, and/or the College President.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Director of Student Engagement is responsible for implementing and updating this administrative procedure.
