Jonathan Bilden
Jonathan Bilden has been serving the communities of northern Jackson County for the past two decades. His service includes election to the Eagle Point School Board in 2005 and later being elected and reelected to the Eagle Point City Council in 2010 and 2014. Most recently, Jonathan was elected to represent the Upper Rogue communities on the Rogue Community College Board in 2023.
During his years of service, Jonathan has also been involved in numerous regional and statewide organizations, including serving on the Boards for Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI), Jackson County Economic Development Advisory Committee, Southern Oregon Head Start, ACCESS, the Governor’s Regional Solutions Advisory Council and the Oregon Association of School Business Officials. In the local Upper Rogue community, Jonathan has served on the Board of the Eagle Point Chamber of Commerce, the Upper Rogue (Eagle Point) Rotary Club, the Butte Creek Mill Foundation, and the School District 9 Foundation.
In 2014, Jonathan co-founded a public charter school in Eagle Point with a team of educators and community members. Crater Lake Academy is now a regional network of education programs, including a K-8 School, a High School, and a Career Pathways Center. Jonathan leads the school’s operational functions, serving as the Chief Business Officer.
Jonathan is married to his best friend, Elizabeth, who is a school administrator, and together they are raising three beautiful daughters.
