Rogue Community College offers the Early Intervention Transfer to Western Oregon University (WOU) associate degree for students who want to work with young children from birth through kindergarten entry who have developmental delays or disabilities. Developed through a signed articulation agreement with WOU, this Associate of Science degree program is designed for students planning to transfer and complete a bachelor’s degree.
