Rogue Community College offers the Education Studies Transfer to SOU associate degree for students planning to become an elementary school teacher or special education teacher in K-12. This Associate of Science degree is offered through a signed articulation agreement between Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University, creating a smooth, well-aligned transfer experience. When you complete the degree, you’ll be ready to transfer directly into a bachelor’s program at SOU.
You’ll build a strong academic foundation, gain early insight into the field, and transfer with confidence. After completing your bachelor’s degree at SOU, you’ll be eligible to for initial teacher licensure.
