After completing this program and continuing into a bachelor’s degree, you can pursue rewarding careers supporting young children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Graduates often work in early intervention and early childhood special education settings, providing family-centered services, coordinating support programs and helping create inclusive learning environments for young children. As you gain experience, licensure and specialized training, your opportunities for advancement and leadership within early childhood and education services continue to grow.
