Rachel Ostroskie, M.S., is the Assistant Director of High School Partnerships at Rogue Community College (RCC), where she is dedicated to streamlining processes for instructors, students, and staff, particularly within the College Now and Early College programs. Rachel’s career at RCC began as a student employee, where she first discovered her passion for education. She went on to serve as RCC’s High School Liaison for Admissions and Recruitment, focusing on building connections between high schools and RCC.
Rachel holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Leadership with a minor in Psychology from Southern Oregon University (graduating Summa Cum Laude), and an Associate of General Studies from RCC. Before transitioning to higher education, she worked for the Phoenix-Talent School District and was a branch manager at a major financial institution, where she successfully expanded the market share in Southern Oregon.
In addition to her work at RCC, Rachel serves on the board of one of America’s largest nonprofit organizations, demonstrating her commitment to community service. She is passionate about helping others achieve their educational goals and values open communication and collaboration in all aspects of her work.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys coaching and watching her daughters play sports, gardening, and spending time with family and friends in the great outdoors.
