Laura Bowles is the Program Coordinator for High School Partnerships. She supports high school staff in offering College Now college credit courses and oversees the Early College program, including College Connect with Three Rivers School District.
A first-generation college student, Laura earned two AAS degrees from Rogue Community College and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Leadership from Southern Oregon University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Her career at RCC began as a student worker in the Business Department, followed by roles in Human Resources and Educational Partnerships (now High School Partnerships).
Previously, Laura worked at Head Start tracking health data for over 900 students and later at The Job Council, where she supported job training for DHS clients and youth employment programs.
In her free time, Laura enjoys rock hounding, spending time with her grandchildren and cruising in warm climates.
