How We Connect Students to Opportunities

  • Work Opportunities: Our central hub for connecting students with local employers. Find:
    • Full- and part-time jobs
    • Work-Based Learning opportunities (CWE/OST/Internships)
  • Student Employment Services: Interested in working on campus? Discover how to become a student worker while attending classes.
  • RCC Job Openings: Rogue Community College offers a range of part-time and full-time positions across departments.

Earn and Learn- Work-Based Learning (WBL)

RCC students can gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and career connections through opportunities with local employers.

Industry partners see work-based learning as a way to build future talent, often leading to job offers. Opportunities may be paid or unpaid, and many qualify for college credit.

Types of Work-Based Learning Opportunities:

Work Opportunities- Connecting Students with Employers

The Work Opportunities hub is for the convenience of our students and alumni. This is a free service offered to job seekers and to employers and recruiters who wish to promote vacancies to potential applicants from Rogue Community College and the community at large.

Job Searchers

Work Opportunities is hosted on the Lightcast platform (privacy policy). Opportunities are posted by external employers, and applications should be submitted directly through their sites. RCC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

These positions aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Rogue Community College.  RCC isn't responsible for the ultimate validity of the positions or any communication between applicants and external employer(s). We encourage applicants to research all employers and organizations. Do your best to ensure that they're legitimate and that they align with your professional values and goals.

Employers and Recruiters

We love that employers and recruiters seek to help provide our skilled, talented students with meaningful jobs, internships, and other career opportunities. To post your jobs, you may create a free account.

A Note to Employers: We'll screen job postings to verify the legitimacy of your organization, and posting vacancies here doesn't necessarily guarantee that you'll receive applicants.
