Rogue Community College partners with Lane Community College to offer the Physical Therapy Assistant program to students in Southern Oregon. You can complete prerequisite courses and general education classes through RCC, then continue the program through Lane from the RCC Table Rock Campus in White City. This partnership allows you to prepare for a healthcare career while staying connected to your local community.

Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of physical therapists to help people recover from injuries, illnesses and surgeries. In this hands-on career, you will guide patients through exercises, provide therapeutic treatments and support people as they improve movement and manage pain. Graduates are prepared to take the National Physical Therapy Examination and pursue licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. This Associate of Applied Science degree, awarded through Lane Community College, can help you enter the workforce quickly in a high-demand healthcare field.
