Apply for AdmissionsComplete the admissions form above. Contact an Admission Representative for information on limited enrollment programs, admission requirements for specific programs, or for the status of your application. Click here for a printable PDF of the International Student Application. |

Provide a Financial StatementComplete the Statement of Financial Responsibility form. RCC requires certification of adequate financial support from applicants with non-immigrant visas. This financial statement must be on file with the Enrollment Services Office before an applicant will be considered for admission to the college. |

Complete the International Official Certification of Sources and Funds FormPlease provide an official bank statement that includes an official signature, bank seal, and date to verify your financial statement. RCC requires documentation to be mailed prior to acceptance. |

English Language ProficiencyProvide Documentation of TOEFL Scores of 58 on the internet-based exam, 490 or above on the paper-based exam or 167 on the computer-based exam. Official transcripts may be able to be used to waive this. Click here for the territories and countries that are considered English-speaking and do not require proof of English Language Proficiency. |
For Transfer StudentsStudents applying for Admissions who currently hold an F-1 or M-1 Visa are considered “Transfer” International Students. RCC will Transfer-In the student from another college/university. In addition to the requirements of the 1-5, the student will: |

Provide Official U.S. High School or College TranscriptSend an official copy of your high school transcript and/or college or university transcript to Rogue Community College. Click for more information on sending official US college transcripts. |

Passport, Visa and Current I-20Provide a copy of your current passport, your Visa with an I-94 stamp and your current I-20. |

Once you’ve received your acceptance letter, request your school to complete and submit the International Student Transfer Form to RCC. |
For New StudentsStudents who do not have a F-1 or M-1 visa and are required to apply at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate are considered “new” international students. In addition to the required 1-5, students must meet the following requirements for admissions: |

SEVIS Form and Visa InterviewProspective students must pay a $350 SEVIS Form I-901 fee before going to the US Embassy or Consulate for the VISA interview. Student must provide proof of payment to RCC. |

Passport and I-94Provide a copy of your current passport. Upon arrival, you must submit a copy of the I-94. |
After the application process is completed and approved, the college will issue a Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant F-1 or M-1 Student Status) when appropriate. |
