The Health Care Administration Transfer to SOU Associate of Science degree at Rogue Community College is designed for students who want to continue their education at Southern Oregon University in health care administration. This program is based on a signed articulation agreement with SOU and aligns RCC coursework with lower-division requirements for an SOU interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree. You build a strong academic foundation in health care systems, terminology, ethics and safety while also developing communication, cultural awareness and data skills valued across today’s health care environment.
This associate degree supports a smooth transfer pathway while keeping your options open. You complete transferable coursework that prepares you for upper-division study at SOU and strengthens your readiness for entry-level roles in health care settings. If you plan to transfer before completing the degree, your courses will be evaluated individually based on SOU’s current general education requirements. To stay on track, you are encouraged to connect with the SOU Healthcare Administration program early in your first year at RCC.
