About RCC's Entrepreneurs Cookspace

kitchen counter with food prepared in dishes

Our purpose is to provide support and guidance for local food entrepreneurs in developing, launching and growing their food business dream.

The Challenge

One of the biggest challenges for starting a food business is the high cost of designing and setting up a commercial kitchen. This, combined with the licensing requirements necessary to operate, results in a huge obstacle for most "startup stage" food entrepreneurs.

The Opportunity

The ECC provides the opportunity for local food entrepreneurs to pursue their food business venture by significantly reducing startup costs. Entrepreneurs Commercial Cookspace offers a professionally equipped, commercially licensed kitchen for professional cooking and baking. We are a multi-purpose facility and can offer many different uses from food manufacturing and bottling to production of certain personal wellness products.
