Linn-Benton’s Occupational Therapy Assistant degree is a special admission program, which means you must meet additional requirements and complete a separate application beyond general college admission.
Information about program requirements is available on the LBCC website. Students taking courses through RCC’s partnership program must apply for admission to both RCC and LBCC before starting the program.

Join an Info Session
A good first step is to attend an information session, a mandatory step for students joining this special admission program through LBCC. A video information session is available on the LBCC website that provides an overview of the program, application process and expectations.
For additional guidance, you are encouraged to connect with an Allied Health faculty advisor or your Academic Advisor to build a program plan that fits your goals.
Graduation Requirements
The Occupational Therapy Assistant degree requires the completion of at least 91-92 credits, including classroom, laboratory and fieldwork components. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor or faculty advisor before beginning any coursework.
