The Emerging Media & Digital Arts Transfer to SOU degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to Southern Oregon University’s bachelor’s program in Emerging Media and Digital Arts (EMDA). This Associate of Science degree program is based on a signed articulation agreement between Rogue Community College and SOU.
By completing this degree, you’ll finish the lower-division coursework needed for the EMDA program at SOU. You’ll build a strong foundation in digital design, visual communication and emerging media tools while completing general education and transfer requirements. Because electives matter in this pathway, students should work closely with advisors to build a plan that matches SOU requirements and their creative goals.
