Student Right-to-Know Graduation and Transfer Rates
In compliance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 (Public Law 101‑542), Rogue Community College discloses graduation and transfer rates to current and prospective students.
These rates are calculated using a federally defined cohort that includes first‑time, full‑time undergraduate students who enroll in the fall term and are seeking a degree or certificate. Full time is defined as enrollment in 12 or more credits per term.
Students are counted as graduates or transfers-out if they complete a degree, certificate or transfer to another institution within 150 percent of the normal time to completion.
The following students are not included in these calculations:
- Part‑time students.
- Students who previously attended another college.
- Students who began enrollment in a term other than fall.
- Students who are not degree or certificate seeking.
Reported Outcomes
Cohort starting fall term 2022:
- 13% is the four‑year average Student Right‑to‑Know graduation rate.
Calculation: total completers within 150 percent of time/adjusted cohort. - 21% is the four‑year average Student Right‑to‑Know transfer‑out rate.
Calculation: total transfer‑out students/adjusted cohort.
