Boost your business’s profitability via this hands-on practical course providing individualized guidance on how to more effectively work “on” your business, not just “in” your business. Through a combination of classroom content, one-to-one counseling, and networking with a cohort of other business owners, course participants learn to set and achieve their business goals!

Offered in the Rogue Valley for over 20 years, Small Business Management (SBM) offers a unique approach where business owners attend one evening class per month and receive one private onsite coaching session each month.

The SBM course is open to business owners of established businesses from non-competingindustries. Full year tuition is $599. The RCC SBDC estimates the value of this program if provided by private consultants to be upward to $10,000. A term-by-term payment option is available with full tuition.
