Log in using your RCC student email and password.
- You may enter your full email address or just the username portion before the “@” symbol, up to 20 characters.
- Every admitted credit student has a student email account.
If you need help, computer lab staff can assist during open lab hours.
Student Email
Once you apply to Rogue Community College and are admitted, you are assigned an RCC student email address. RCC uses Microsoft Office 365 for email and online tools.
Your student email credentials are used to log in to multiple RCC systems.
You should receive a “Welcome to RCC” email at your personal email address after admission. This message includes your RCC student email and initial password.
Most students:
[email protected]
Students who enrolled between June 19, 2020, and December 11, 2020:
[email protected]
or
[email protected]
If you cannot find your email address, computer lab staff can help you retrieve it.
Go to https://outlook.office365.com and sign in with your RCC student email.
- Lab computers include a desktop shortcut.
- On your first login, you will be prompted to change your password.
- You will also be asked to set up account verification options.
To protect your account, Microsoft requires verification using:
- Microsoft Authenticator, or
- A phone number and alternate email address
You can update this information by signing in and visiting MyAccount on the Microsoft website and selecting Security info.
Changes made in myRogue do not automatically update your email account.
Your account may be locked if:
- You entered the wrong password too many times. In this case, wait at least one hour before trying again.
- You have not enrolled in classes for three or more years.
If your account is disabled due to inactivity, submit the Student Email Re-Activation Request Form.
Visit Office 365/Outlook and select Can’t access your account?
Most current students can reset their password on their own.
If self-reset is not available, follow the prompt to contact your administrator. A temporary password will be sent to your personal email address on file.
Password resets are processed Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays and Fridays during summer term.
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the email forwarding video on this page.
Blackboard (Rogue Online)
Go to RCC’s Blackboard site.
- Use your RCC student email address and password.
- This password is the same one used for email, the bookstore and lab computers.
