Ibarra holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Southern Oregon University
and is pursuing a master’s in education from Grand Canyon University. His experience
in the classroom and on the field shapes a coaching approach focused on growth, accountability
and student success.
He previously served as head girls varsity soccer coach at South Medford High School and continues to coach competitive youth teams with Rogue Valley Timbers. His additional experience with Medford United Soccer Club and Kids Unlimited reflects a long-standing commitment to developing young athletes in Southern Oregon.
Known for building supportive and disciplined team environments, Ibarra emphasizes daily improvement and personal development. His leadership helps student-athletes grow both on the field and in their academic and career goals.
In addition to coaching, Ibarra has worked as a bilingual elementary school teacher and managed after-school and summer programs. He brings that same focus on inclusion, opportunity and long-term success to the women’s soccer program.
Ibarra is committed to building on the program’s foundation and guiding the Ospreys to continued success in NWAC competition.
