Women's Volleyball

Rogue Community College women’s volleyball competes in the South Region of the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC), facing top two-year programs from across Oregon and Washington. The Ospreys focus on strong competition, player development and preparing student-athletes to advance in the sport and in their academic goals. 

RCC volleyball continues to set the standard for excellence, driven by a culture of hard work, discipline, teamwork and family. The Ospreys captured NWAC South Region Championships in 2019, 2020 and again in 2025, demonstrating sustained success at the top of the conference. The 2025 season marked another milestone for the program, with a seventh consecutive playoff appearance and its first-ever Final Four berth. With a tradition of competitiveness and a strong, united team culture, the Ospreys remain a force in the NWAC.
