Greg Millick
Head Coach, Men’s Soccer
Greg Millick leads the Rogue Community College men’s soccer program with more than a decade of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate levels. As the program’s founding head coach, he has built a competitive team culture focused on developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Under Millick's leadership, RCC men's soccer captured its first NWAC Region Championship
in 2020. The Ospreys have continued that success, winning three consecutive region
titles from 2023-25. The team has made two Final Four appearances, finishing third
overall in 2021 and 2023. Millick was named NWAC South Region Coach of the Year in
2017, 2020, 2023 and 2024.
Millick is known for developing talent and helping student-athletes reach their full potential. His coaching has produced an NWAC Baden Player of the Year, four South Region MVPs and a Region Defensive Player of the Year.
A native of Windsor, California, Millick played club soccer at Gonzaga University from 2006-08 and then played for Whatcom College from 2010-11. His semi-professional experience includes Sonoma County Sol, Spokane Spiders FC and the Abbotsford Mariners.
He began his coaching career in the Kansas City area, serving as head coach at Northeast High School in 2012, where he led the team to an 18-5-2 record and a district finalist finish. He later coached at Van Horn High School in Missouri from 2013-14, leading teams to a combined 28-18-1 record, a district championship and a Class 3A state quarterfinal appearance. During this time, he also served as head coach and technical director for Diablos FC.
Since moving to Southern Oregon, Millick has remained active in the local soccer community. He has coached with Rogue Valley Timbers for the past decade and currently serves as the club’s director of coaching, mentoring players and coaches across the program.
I am looking to bring players into the RCC program to achieve excellence on the field and in the classroom. As a former junior college player and student, I know how great it is that RCC can provide players the opportunity to earn a degree, transfer to a university and play at the university level."— Coach Millick
