Certificate

Riverside Campus

Rogue Community College’s Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate is a special admission program, which means you must meet additional requirements and complete a separate admission process beyond general college admission. These steps help you enter the program with confidence and understand the field you are preparing to join. The application for fall 2026-27 closes Aug. 30, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Rogue Community College has open admissions, so getting started is simple. First, submit your application to the college. After you apply, you’ll meet with an advisor who will help you explore your program's options and create a plan that matches your goals. You can find a step-by-step overview of the process on RCC's Admissions pages.
