If you and/or your parents (for dependent students) have experienced a significant reduction in income since the tax year reported on your FAFSA, or if other special circumstances have affected your household finances, you may request a Change in Income Appeal or a Special Circumstances Appeal. These appeals allow you to submit documentation that reflects a more current and accurate snapshot of your financial situation.
