Rogue Community College offers Community Education classes designed for personal enrichment, creativity and fun. Whether you want to learn a new skill, explore a hobby or stay active, RCC provides opportunities to engage your interests and connect with your community.
Community Education courses cover a wide range of topics including arts and crafts, technology, fitness and personal development. These noncredit classes are flexible, affordable and designed to help you learn something new without the pressure of grades or exams.

Payment and Refund Policy
Noncredit Payment and Refund Policy
You are responsible for payment at the time of registration. Tuition charges will be removed from your account if you officially drop a class at least three business days before the start date.
To drop a class, view your schedule and class location, or pay balances, log in to
your RCC Campus Marketplace account or call 541-956-7303.
Nonattendance does not release you from financial responsibility. Accounts with unpaid
balances may incur late fees and be sent to collections.
No refunds are issued after the drop deadline.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have extenuating circumstances — such as a medical emergency — you may submit a Noncredit Student Account Appeal. You will be notified within 30 days regarding the status of your appeal.

Registration Disclosure Agreements
Students who register for classes must agree to the Student Standards of Conduct, the Drug Free Environment policy and the Alcoholic Beverages policy.
In compliance with federal law, Rogue Community College publishes an annual report on campus safety and security programs and services.
Academic Integrity
RCC is committed to academic integrity as a shared responsibility built on honesty, fairness, respect and trust. Academic honesty violations include, but are not limited to, plagiarism, collusion, inappropriate assistance, cheating, fabrication, falsification, alteration, unauthorized multiple submission, sabotage and tampering. Students who violate academic integrity standards are subject to disciplinary action.
