Noncredit Refund Guidelines

You are responsible for any charges on your account.

Please do not rely on being dropped administratively. Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation to pay. Accounts may be subject to late fees and sent to collection if not paid. Log in to your RCC Campus Marketplace Account to check your balance.

There are no refunds allowed beyond the deadline of dropping 3 days prior to start date.

If you disagree with a charge on your account, or you have extenuating circumstances (medical emergency etc.) you may appeal the charge by completing the Noncredit Student Account Appeal. You will be notified within 30 days if your appeal is approved.
