Organizational Structure
Rogue Community College is organized into four divisions that work together to support your success. From academic programs to essential services, each area plays a role in helping you reach your goals and strengthening communities across Southern Oregon.
College Leadership
The college president leads RCC and works with division vice presidents to guide strategy, operations and student success efforts across the institution. Each division focuses on a core area that supports learning, services and daily operations.
Governance
The Governance division supports college leadership, planning and institutional effectiveness to ensure RCC remains aligned, accountable and focused on student success.
This division includes the President’s Office, Institutional Effectiveness and Planning and Institutional Research. The RCC Foundation is also part of this division, with the Executive Director reporting to the college president and the Foundation Board.
Operations & Finance
The Operations & Finance division provides the services and infrastructure that keep the college running smoothly. This includes managing financial resources, supporting administrative operations and maintaining facilities and technology systems.
Departments in this division include Auxiliary Services, Shipping and Receiving, the Business Office, Budget, Contracts and Procurement, Facilities Maintenance, Planning and Construction, Institutional Research and Information Technology Services.
People, Culture & Safety
The People, Culture & Safety division supports a workplace and campus environment where people feel valued, supported and connected. This work helps create the conditions for student success and a strong college community. Through policies, resources and professional development, the division fosters an inclusive, responsive and supportive environment for employees and students.
Departments and functions include Marketing and Communications, Public Information, Human Resources, Student Employment Services, Payroll, Employee and Labor Relations, Risk Management, Security and Public Safety, the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Title IX and discrimination response.
Student Learning & Success
The Student Learning & Success division brings together academic programs, workforce training and student support services to help you reach your goals, whether you plan to transfer or enter the workforce quickly.
Academic offerings include transfer degrees such as the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer, Associate of Science and Associate of Science Oregon Transfer-Business, along with career-focused Associate of Applied Science degrees, Associate of General Studies degrees, certificate programs and Career Pathway Certificates. Apprenticeship programs are also available.
Additional learning opportunities include GED®, Pre-College Education, Continuing Education, Community Education and Workforce Training.
Student support services help you start strong and stay on track. These include Recruitment and Admissions, Advising and Placement, New Student Orientation, Registration and Records, Financial Aid, Athletics, Access and Disability Resources, Military Services, Counseling, Student Government, Clubs and TRIO programs.
