Kingsley E. Kelley

Kingsley was born in Columbus, Ohio. He moved to Bandon, Oregon when his father retired from the Air Force.

After a year at South Western Oregon Community College (where his father taught), Kingsley transferred to Oregon State University. He graduated with a degree in Communications and has been privileged to work in the broadcast communications field ever since. He is the Vice President of Digital Strategies at locally owned TV station KOBI-TV.

Kingsley is married to Diana, who is an RCC graduate in the Licensed Massage Therapist program. They have two adult children.

The Rogue Community College Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1980 to serve the needs of Rogue Community College and RCC students. The Foundation was created to receive and administer donations to:

  • Scholarship funds
  • Special college projects
