Job Summary:
We have an opening for an Administrative Support Services II position, which will provide front desk coverage and administrative support to our Administrative Office in Medford, Oregon. This position performs a wide range of office support activities including answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling meeting rooms and company vehicles, and maintaining filing systems. This position also provides administrative support throughout the company by coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with planning and coordinating of events and trainings, maintaining company-wide documents, ordering supplies, running various errands in company vehicles, and other miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.

This position will provide support to Administrative buildings across multiple regions and will be need to be flexible and able to use sound judgment in managing responsibilities and deadlines.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
