EHR Support Specialist I
Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Electronic Health Records (EHR) Support Specialist I position! The EHR Support Specialist would be located at either our Portland Service Center in Gresham, our Lane Service Center in Springfield, or our Administrative Annex in Medford. This position has the primary responsibility of resolving incoming support cases related to all facets of Electronic Health Records via multiple avenues (phone, web, email). You will work closely with the Training Department to develop and track trainings for staff, clinicians and providers. Regular participation in staff meetings and trainings are mandatory.
