Script processing and Client Support
This is a part-time job with inconsistent hours. Will be hired on an as-needed basis, but it could lead to a larger position, described below.
I own a small talent agency; we provide professional voiceover/narrations for TV commercials, company branding videos, training & eLearning modules, etc.
The position is for someone to process scripts.
Login remotely to our email server and monitor for incoming jobs (scripts) or quote requests.
When a job comes in, confirm with client and assign the script to the talent requested.
Accurately document the invoice amount & talent payout details based on reference documents we will provide to you.
Track job progress, including email correspondence with client & talent.
Review the audio upon receipt, and deliver to client if no revisions are necessary.
Accurately quote jobs, using provided rate sheet as a reference.
Be able to text me or the billing manager with questions
Hours are 8am-2pm or 4pm.
$15/hour. Direct deposit monthly to your bank account.

Fast to communicate via text
Proven proficiency in navigating email dashboard.
Ability to communicate via email in a courteous and concise manner, covering all details of client needs and talent requirements.
Ability to listen to mp3 and WAV files on your computer.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PDF documents.
Three professional references.
As mentioned, this is a part-time job with inconsistent hours. Youll fill in for me when Im away from the office for extended periods of time, which could be two days, up to 30 days. The latter will likely occur in 2022.
The business caters to multiple clients around the world, but mostly in the U.S.
You will not be doing any actual voiceover work this is entirely documentation and communication.
There is also the possibility this could lead to more consistent, weekly work that will expand into Quickbooks bookkeeping for the company (salary TBD). Quickbooks experience and bookkeeping proficiency required.
