$34/hour - $37/hour DOE
Experience preferred in Memory Care, but we will train the right candidate. Oregon State Nursing License required or pending.
Locally-owned and managed memory care community.
Ensures consistent quality Resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Resident Care Manager in order to meet the Residents' needs and staffing requirements.
Assists in the supervision of med techs and caregivers.
Delivers training and education to caregivers and med techs on an ongoing basis to include classroom in-service and situation-specific training.
Transmits information in a timely manner to the appropriate person or agency regarding changes in Residents' health & well-being, personal needs, risk management issues, customer service issues, family or outside healthcare provider concerns.
Help out in the maintenance of Resident charts and review of documentation.
