Construction Trade Fundamentals

This course will introduce students to the basic fundamentals of residential construction. Students will learn the basic concepts and skills needed to prepare for entry-level employment in the construction industry. This course includes instruction and practice in the application of basic math skills for construction, jobsite safety, safe use and care of hand-tools and power tools. Students are introduced to an overall view of design and construction, and working in the industry.
