- Description
- This accelerated course prepares you to qualify for the Oregon Real Estate Broker's License Exam in just 10 weeks. It is a hybrid course, combining live lecture with online home study to meet the 150-hour requirement of the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). Attendance is recommended at all evening sessions as well as the exam preparation day on Saturday following the last evening class. Consists of 11 sessions, 10 Tuesdays and one Saturday - March 20, from 9am to 5pm. State exam is not part of this class. The course and instructor are certified by the OREA.

- Zoom Classes: Class will meet during the listed times via Zoom. Information about Zoom-based classes will be available in the course Blackboard shell on the first day of the term. All teachers expect students to participate in the class on the first day of the term. Students not participating during the first day may be subject to administrative drop. Students should have access to a web cam and audio capabilities on their computer to fully participate in a Zoom class. Some Zoom classes are delivered in hybrid format and will have additional course participation requirements outside of Zoom sessions.
