Description
This class is for beginning potters and covers techniques in hand-building, wheel-throwing, Raku, and a wide variety of firing techniques including mid-fire electric, and stoneware. Create beautiful pieces for gift giving, personal use and craft sales. Students bring their own tools and plan to purchase clay at a cost of $13-$30. Payment process is explained at the first day of class.
*RCC ceramic studio kilns, equipment, and supplies are for work created in class only. Students may not fire pieces created at home. Students are limited to 75 pounds of clay per person.
